Academy Athletic Director
"We have four tournament matches this Saturday across two parks in Travis County. How quickly can your team confirm sideline coverage?"

Urgent request for weekend youth academy matchday media Austin presence with multiple kickoff times.

Elena Petrova // Editor-in-Chief DISPATCH CONFIRMATION

We confirm weekend fixture rosters within 24 hours of receiving pitch assignments.

Sideline scheduling requires exact venue coordinates, pitch numbers, jersey kits (home versus away colors), and contact details for the on-site team manager. For weekend tournaments, our half-day shoot rate of 555 USD covers four continuous hours across consecutive matches. If you need single-match intensive focus with starting line-up captures, our mini photo/video shoot runs at 500 USD per 2-hour session.

Our crew arrives 30 minutes prior to warm-ups with 70-200mm f/2.8 and 400mm telephoto primes. Raw footage logs transfer via high-speed card ingest right pitchside, so social vertical reels ($444 per item) go out during halftime or within two hours of full-time.

"What happens if our match is postponed due to Texas severe weather?"

Weather postponements occur often during spring and fall youth seasons in Central Texas. For single-match shoots ($500–$555), sessions reschedule at zero penalty with two hours notice before kickoff. Retainer clients carry shoot credits forward into the following month.
